one more semester (of many)

We are back in town and have been for almost a week. Things have been laid back and relaxing, for the most part.

It was lots of fun staying up till all hours with family and friends like we were teenagers, but I have to admit that my body cant take the late hours like it used to. Staying out till 2 used to be an early night, but when you tie that in with kids that get up at 6am, it just doesn't work very well. Thanks to everyone who put a roof over our heads, and food in our mouths, and games on the table.

My holiday highlight would have to be when I had to leave the packed restaurant on Christmas Eve from a party of 26, without hardly getting a bite, because the kids were so excruciatingly awful that we could not eat nor talk to anyone else at the table. Sorry to all who had to hear.
