"Mom, sometimes I eat boogers."
This was said in a matter-of -fact tone, at the supper table, coming from the kid that NEVER eats his food cause he never thinks it tastes good.
Am I really that bad of a cook??????

Yum. Some kids just have really defined taste buds :)
Actually, after thinking about it some more (definitely unpleasant thoughts), there could be a bonus business idea here. Booger-flavored crunchie snacks that are made from nutritious ingredients.
